Robby Tabuchi (He/Him/His) Donor Development Research Director Colorado Mesa University Foundation Robby Tabuchi joined his alma mater, Colorado Mesa University in January 2023 with the objective of implementing improved Advancement Service processes including Prospect Development, Information Services, Data Analytics, and Data Processing. He spent nearly 8 years with the University of Wyoming Foundation providing major support for a data driven culture at the organization. He earned a BS with majors in Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics from Colorado Mesa University. In his spare time, Robby enjoys fishing, kayaking, and enjoying Rocky Mountain outdoor recreation.
Michelle Schmidt (She/Her/Hers) Michelle Schmidt is the Director of Pipeline & Prospect Development at Colorado State University where she works closely with major gift officers and campus partners to help them meet their fundraising goals. She began her career in higher education fundraising as a Prospect Researcher at the Indiana University Foundation in Bloomington, Indiana, where she supported a variety of university units with a focus on the arts. Also while in Bloomington, Michelle served on the board of The Writers Guild at Bloomington and was a member of Apra International and Apra-IN. In addition to serving on the board for Apra-RM, Michelle serves on the board for KRFC 88.9 FM Radio Fort Collins. She has undergraduate and graduate degrees in writing and it remains one of her passions.
Megan Tice (she/hers) Megan Tice is a Senior Prospect Development Liaison with St. Jude's fundraising arm, American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC). She works remotely from Denver, CO and her role focuses on High Wealth and Corporate Giving. Previously, Megan worked as a Senior Prospect Development Specialist at the University of Colorado where she supported the high level initiatives on the Boulder campus. She got her Bachelor's degree in Economics with a concentration in research and statistical analytics at the University of Oregon. After graduation she began her career as a Prospect Management Analyst for UO’s Advancement office.
Carrie Thomas iDE (International Development Enterprises) Carrie currently is a Senior Manager, Portfolio Management and Prospect Research at International Development Enterprises, an international NGO based in Denver. She previously worked as a development manager at the Morgan Adams Foundation, a Denver-based children's cancer nonprofit, where she was responsible for the foundation's community and corporate partnerships as well as leading improvements to and management of the foundation's Salesforce database.
Programs Director Cayden Hawk Ferrin (He/Him/His) Director of Prospect Development, Research and Management University of Wyoming Foundation Cayden Ferrin currently serves as the Director of Prospect Development, Research and Management at the University of Wyoming Foundation, in Laramie, Wyoming. In this role, he works in a variety of prospect research, management, and analytics projects. Cayden earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Montana (UM) in 2016, and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Political Science from UM, focusing on Political Theory and Public Administration, in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys hosting his book club, cooking, and kayaking.
Director Josh Husman Development Research Analyst University of Colorado Josh currently serves as a Development Research Analyst at the University of Colorado in the Office of System Advancement and has worked in higher education fundraising at CU for over half a decade. In his role, Josh supports the campuses across the CU school system with prospect research, data analysis, and other various projects. Josh is a Southern Colorado native and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Arts in Sociology, with a concentration in research methodologies, from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and traveling.
Heather Sabo Prospect Research Manager American Indian College Fund Heather Sabo is currently the Prospect Research Manager for the American Indian College Fund based in Denver. She has been in non-profit development for nearly 20 years and is passionate about connecting people’s passions with philanthropy and for making our communities and the world a more equitable place. Before working at the College Fund, Heather was a Development Director for the YMCA of Northern Colorado and a Development Coordinator at Imagine!, and has worn many different hats in the non-profit development world. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI.
Director Aislinn Lederman Development Research Analyst University of Colorado Aislinn Lederman is currently a Development Research Analyst at the University of Colorado in the Office of System Advancement. Prior to prospect research and development, she worked several other roles in the non-profit sector, including a decade as a K-12 educator. Aislinn is a Denver native and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for family and friends, traveling, and knitting. Andrea Holland was the Assistant Director of Prospect Development in the University of Colorado’s Central Advancement Office, starting as a Research & Development Assistant in December 2013. Andrea joined Apra RM in 2013, joined the board as Professional Development Director in August 2016, served as Treasurer from 2017-2019, and was elected to Vice President in January 2020. Andrea helped create and build an advanced and innovative Prospect Management program for CU and loves to learn about and implement new ideas and programs to further CU’s cause and ability to effect change in the world. Andrea earned a M.L.I.S. degree from San Jose State University and holds a B.A. in History from Humboldt State University.  Nii Martey (He/Him/His) Nii Martey is Sr. Associate Director of Prospect Research at Colorado State University, in Fort Collins, Colorado. He has served as a prospect researcher with Regis University, and consulted as an independent researcher. Nii studied International Relations at the University of Pennsylvania for his B.A., and spent almost a decade involved in linguistic analysis and information retrieval research projects.
